Outdoor Yoga Class Policies:

– Weather Cancellations: Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled in the event of extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain, high winds etc.). If a class is cancelled, it will be transferred to another available date. Participants will be notified as early as possible and it is their responsibility to check prior to attending the class.

– Pre-booking required: All participants must pre-book their spot to ensure space and proper planning. Walk-ins are not guaranteed (unless specified).

– Non-refundable / Non-transferable: All bookings are final. Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates unless due to unforeseen circumstances.

– Arrival time: Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before class starts to settle in. Late arrivals may disrupt the class, as they will miss the importance introduction and grounding of the practice. While late arrivals won’t be turned away, arriving on time allows for the full benefit of the class.

– Appropriate attire and equipment: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and outdoor conditions. You may also practice on a towel / blanket if preferred. Be sure to bring your own mat, sunscreen, water, and any other props you may need.

– Respectful behaviour: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and calm attitude towards others and the environment. Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

– Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel, please refer to Policy Number 3. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow space for others. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a forfeited session.

– Liability waiver: By participating in the class, participants acknowledge that they are physically fit to engage in yoga and assume responsibility for their own well-being during the session. It is also the participant’s responsibility to inform the instructor of any health conditions that may impact their participation in advance.
