Yoga on Hornsea beach

Great for early risers who enjoy salty air and a sunrise. Join me for a series of beach yoga sessions, held every two weeks on Saturday mornings at 6.30am, running right through the summer. We will practice Pranayama (breathing), Vinyasa and Savasana. There’s also the option for a sea dip after – all ready to revive your weekend self into action!

Studio Classes

I currently offer weekly classes at two external venues in Hull. These sessions are open to members of the venues, or bookable through their systems. Please note: pricing and booking are managed by the venues directly.

Yoga at Hull University Gym
Wednesdays | 18:30–19:15

A midweek pause to reconnect. This class focuses on mindful movement, alignment, breathwork, and gentle yoga therapy techniques. Suitable for all levels.

Sundays | 10:00–10:45
Start your Sunday with a Vinyasa class. We will move together through some Salutations and Warriors, ending with Savasana to recharge for the upcoming week.

Yoga at Hybrid Fitness Hull
Thursdays | 07:00–07:45
An early midweek class to revive you through Vinyasa in a heated room. Be ready to sweat and maybe bring a towel!

Sundays | 08:30–09:15
Great for those weekend early birds, like me! Join me for a hot yoga on Sunday mornings at Hybrid Fitness. We will move through Vinyasa and end with Sivasana. Great for those who love the heat!

Mondays | 07:30–08:30
Start your week with a Vinyasa class. We will breathe, move through some Salutations, ending with Savasana to recharge for the upcoming week.

Saturday Stretch and Sweat Yoga

Hot Yoga in Hull at The Studio, HU8

Saturdays | 09:00–09:45
Start your weekend with intention and heat. This dynamic class is held in a genty heated room and designed to build strength, stability, and inner resilience. Blending powerful flows with moments of softness, we’ll explore how to meet resistance with breath, awareness, and ease. Expect to sweat, strengthen, and reset — and leave feeling both grounded and energised.

The room will be between 25°C and 30°C so this is a great temperature for both, those who are not used to the heat and those who are.

Open to all levels, with options to modify or challenge as needed.

Mindful Monday: De-stress & Reset
