Yoga on Hornsea beach
Join me for a series of 8 themed beach yoga sessions, held every two weeks on Saturday mornings at 7am, running right through the summer. Each class will explore one of the 8 Limbs of Yoga—a journey through movement and philosophy, helping you reconnect with your breath, body, and deeper self.

Studio Classes
I currently offer weekly classes at two external venues in Hull. These sessions are open to members of the venues, or bookable through their systems. Please note: pricing and booking are managed by the venues directly.
Wednesdays | 18:30–19:15
Yoga at Hull University Gym
A midweek pause to reconnect. This class focuses on mindful movement, alignment, breathwork, and gentle yoga therapy techniques. Suitable for all levels.
Thursdays | 18:30–19:15
Yoga at Sportsability
A calming evening session designed to release tension and reset the nervous system. Expect supportive postures, breath-led movement, and therapeutic elements. Open to all abilities.
These classes offer a slower pace and are ideal if you’re looking to unwind, improve mobility, or build more awareness in your practice.

Saturday Stretch and Sweat Yoga

Hot Yoga in Hull at The Studio, HU8
These are a new offering, beginning on 20th September 2025!
Start your weekend with intention and heat. This dynamic class is held in a heated room and designed to build strength, stability, and inner resilience. Blending powerful flows with moments of softness, we’ll explore how to meet resistance with breath, awareness, and ease. Expect to sweat, strengthen, and reset — and leave feeling both grounded and energised.
The room will be between 25°C and 30°C so this is a great temperature for both, those who are not used to the heat and those who are.
Open to all levels, with options to modify or challenge as needed.
